23,000 square feet, originally constructed as an auto dealership in the 1900s, last formerly used as The Ohio Blueprint building. This long vacant building has major leaks and maintenance issues.  We plan to repurpose this building into an asset for the community by completely remodeling the building and finding a tenant that will add to the already great progress along this stretch of Gilbert Ave.
