MIXED USE RENOVATION

Complete renovation of a two-story home, resulting in a first floor commercial office space and second floor short-term rental unit.

Full scope of work included two new kitchens and bathrooms, two HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing updates, and all detailed finishing work. Exterior encompassed new front and back porches, walkways and landscaping.
RESTORATION & REMODEL
ON BURDETTE
Three-unit residential property that underwent three separate renovations. The two residential units and one short-term rental unit have brand-new reconfigured kitchens and bathrooms, new HVAC systems, and electrical and plumbing updates.
Exterior work included an expanded and replaced deck, shingle, spindle and fascia restoration, painting and landscaping.
The original character of the stained glass, hardwood flooring, ornate mantels and pocket doors were carefully preserved.
HISTORICAL RENOVATION
IN NORTH AVONDALE
Historical renovation of a 5,000+ square foot Italian Renaissance residence originally designed by architect Samuel Godley.
This home was brought up-to-date through the installation of HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical upgrades and modern day conveniences, such as a second floor laundry room.

Restoration of the intricate woodwork, including a butler’s pantry, and a built-in server and bookshelves, extensive crown molding and cornice, and five fireplaces, maintained the home's stunning original character.
