FOUNDER / CEO
Brad Lauck founded Lauck Properties, where he excels in the fields of real estate and construction, over 20 years ago. He is skilled in the intricacies of redeveloping historic buildings in the urban core, and the buying and repositioning of real estate. Brad has worked on residential and commercial properties, ranging from single family homes to large apartment complexes, and warehouse space to niche bars and restaurants.
Based in Cincinnati, he currently specializes in value add opportunities, from heavy rehab to tenant repositioning. Brad approaches his projects by thinking outside the traditional real estate box, while focusing on optimal return.
